So close to lots of things to do. Walk on Riverside and visit the parks, especially Gathering Place Park. Take a walk or a quick drive down Peoria toward 31st Street to see all the restaurants, shopping, bars, and entertainment Brookside area has to offer. The neighborhood is quiet and a mixture of older and young people.

You can walk to Riverside and walk the trails. At 41st and Riverside, there are bicycles that can be rented from an app on your phone for free or cheap depending on how long you use it. There are also Lime and Byrd scooters all over and the main bus line runs along Peoria and stops on Peoria on the street where the house is. It is an easy Uber or Lyft ride to anywhere in town or just drive your vehicle with easy access to the highway.
