✹ GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home.

✹ PARKING: Enough parking is available for multiple vehicles in the large driveway. We also have space for a boat trailer if you bring your own watercraft.

✹ WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the first and third bedrooms. A printer is also available.

✹ PETS: Dogs are welcome. Guests are responsible for all pet damages and additional pet cleaning fees at the discretion of the cleaner.

✹ COMMUNITY ACCESS: You will have access to the private boat dock down the road. You can park and tie off at the end of the docks or use the ramp to launch your boat. Guests are welcome to use the kayaks we have in the garage - You must wear life jackets (there are some basic orange life jackets provided). Use of kayaks is at your own risk. Please drain out any water that got inside using the drain plug before putting the kayaks away.

It is self check in using the smart lock keypad. The host can be messaged through the app if anything is needed.

The neighborhood is very peaceful and enjoyable. On the weekends in the summer there are more people around and they are friendly. Other times it is very peaceful and there is more wildlife than people. Use the provided binoculars to view bald eagles and many birds. Of course check out the fishing in the cove.

Use your car or take a boat. There is private boat ramp right across from the cabin and you can park your trailer in the driveway right across from it. There is also a boat and jet skis available to rent if you contact the host. Many bars and restaurants on the lake let you park your boat and go right in.

✹ Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you prior to check-in.

✹ The property is located in a heavily wooded area. Expect to see wildlife and be exposed to critters and insects. Bug spray is recommended if you’re planning to enjoy the outdoor areas.
