The whole house is available except for a private storage area which is where the front part of the garage used to be.

The neighborhood is full of mature trees. You pass a farm on the way to the neighborhood and yet you are only a short drive to so much shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is very safe. A police officer lives in the area and we experienced zero crime while remodeling the house.

Pretty much all of Oklahoma is car focused but you can walk and will see a lot of people that walk or bicycle for enjoyment. You can also call an Uber or Lyft and many restaurants and Walmart deliver.
